This Free Download Designs License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the individual or entity downloading the designs (“Licensee”) and the creator of the designs (“Licensor”). By downloading and using the designs, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Personal License:
The designs provided under this license are for personal use only. Licensee is granted the right to use the designs for non-commercial purposes. This includes personal projects, gifts, and any other non-commercial activities.
Example: Suppose you download a stylish flyer template for a birthday party. You can use it to create invitations for your friends and family without any intention of making a profit.
2. Non-Commercial Use:
The designs offered in this agreement are strictly not for sale or resale. Licensee may not sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the designs. The designs are meant for personal enjoyment and use only.
Example: You cannot take the flyer template mentioned earlier and sell it to others or use it to promote a commercial event for profit.
3. Use for Advertising:

Example: If you’re organizing a charity event and want to promote it on social media, you can use the designs to create eye-catching promotional materials.
4. Sharing on Website or Social Media:
Licensee is permitted to share the designs on personal websites and social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing on personal blogs, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other non-commercial platforms.
Example: You can showcase the invitation card design you downloaded on your personal blog or share it on your social media accounts to invite friends to an event.
5. Printing if Printable:
Licensee may print the designs for personal use, provided that the designs are printable. Commercial printing or reproduction for distribution is not allowed under this license.
Example: You can print several copies of the business card template for personal use, such as networking at a non-commercial event or giving your contact information to friends.
6. Modification of Designs:
Licensee is granted the right to modify the designs to suit personal preferences or needs. However, the modified designs may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Example: If you download a Facebook cover design but want to personalize it with your own photos and text for a personal event, you are allowed to make those modifications.
7. Attribution Requirement:
Licensee must attribute the designs to the original creator by including the author’s name and a link to the original designs. This attribution should be prominently displayed whenever the designs are used or shared.
Example: If you use a Twitter header design, you should include a line like “Twitter header design by Dannie Herdyawan, //www.ciusan.com.”
8. Disclaimer:
The designs are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of the designs for any purpose. The use of the designs is at the sole risk of the Licensee.
Example: The Licensor cannot guarantee that the flyer template will meet all of your specific requirements, and the use of the template is your responsibility.

By downloading and using the designs, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
